Is Shoppers Advantage secure?
Yes, at Shoppers Advantage you can shop with confidence. We use some of the latest encryption technology, digital certificates, secure commerce servers, and authentication to help ensure that your personal information is secure online.
In addition, we offer the Shoppers Advantage Security Guarantee. If your credit card number is stolen online while shopping at Shoppers Advantage and fraudulent charges are made on the card, Shoppers Advantage will reimburse you in the amount of the fraudulent charges not covered by your credit card issuer, up to your legal limit.

What credit cards does Shoppers Advantage accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover/Novus cards are accepted, as well as debit cards that bear the Visa or MasterCard logo.

Can I purchase an item by check?
You cannot send us a personal check or money orders as order payment. However, if your checking account debit card bears the Visa or MasterCard logo, then you can shop with your checking account. Currently, Shoppers Advantage only accepts transactions with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus.

How can I check on the status of my order?
Once you have signed into Shoppers Advantage, click on Order Status located in the top navigation bar. You will be given a breakdown of your order status with corresponding order numbers, items, purchase amounts, and current status.

Do the items sold by Shoppers Advantage include the manufacturer's warranty?
All merchandise is sold with the applicable manufacturer's warranties in effect. No matter how short the original U.S. manufacturer's warranty may be, Shoppers Advantage will extend it up to a total of two full years for active members. Your membership must be active at time of purchase and your warranty claim. All items of the original warranty will be honored exactly as stated in the U.S. manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranties of two years or more will not be extended beyond their original length of coverage.

Does Shoppers Advantage stock items?
No. This is one of the many ways that we save you money. When you place an order with Shoppers Advantage, your order is shipped directly from one of our many authorized vendors across the country.

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
The appropriate sales tax is applied to all items shipped to CT, MA and OH. In some instances, however, sales tax will be collected on other orders if the independent vendor ships to a state in which it must collect sales tax.

Do you reduce shipping costs for multiple quantities of the same item?
In some instances, when multiple quantities can be shipped together in the same package, we are able to reduce shipping costs per item. The reduced shipping cost will be reflected when you place your order.
