Sales tax will be collected for all items shipping to CT and OH. In some instances, sales tax will be collected on other orders if the independent vendor ships to a state in which it must collect sales tax. State and local taxes will be added when applicable. Price and availability are subject to change without notice.

The fully delivered price of your purchase includes all standard shipping charges. Merchandise is shipped by licensed truckers, over-the-road Common Carriers, the United Parcel Service or Parcel Post, depending on size, weight, distance, and location. Because your order is important to us, we will make every attempt to deliver your merchandise as quickly as possible. Because items may arrive separately and may be coming from different vendors, they may have different shipping costs. If items ordered separately are shipped from the same vendor in the same box, please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain a freight refund.

Unfortunately, delivery services are unable to arrange delivery on a specific day or at a specific time. We have requested that our carriers notify you prior to delivery, however, United Parcel Service does not offer this service, and they will not notify you of delivery beforehand. Should the carrier request payment for an unexpected freight bill, call our Customer Service Center immediately during the hours shown below:

Unless noted as "In-Home Delivery," common carrier shipments (certain large or heavy items such as TVs and refrigerators) are curbside deliveries. This means they will leave your package on the curb or the ground in front of your home. The carrier is not responsible for in-house delivery, uncrating, installation, or for the removal of your old appliance.

In-house delivery generally requires higher shipping charges than curbside delivery, and these charges will not be refunded. Please have assistance available for unloading at the time of delivery. Certain Common Carrier shipments include in-house delivery. You will be notified of such at the time of your order.

We cannot ship to PO (Post Office), A.P.O. (Military), or F.P.O. (Foreign) boxes. Most of our deliveries are shipped via UPS, which will only deliver to a street address. To make sure your order doesn't get delayed, please make sure your ship-to address is NOT a PO, A.P.O., or F.P.O. Box.

Shoppers Advantage only ships to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
