Shoppers Advantage pays you to purchase! This is a privilege for members only.

Awards: Shoppers Advantage members will receive cash-back ("Shoppers Advantage Cash") on qualifying transactions within Shoppers Advantage. The cash back bonus on these purchases does not include tax, shipping and handling, or returns. Members may apply their Shoppers Advantage Cash to future transactions within the Shoppers Advantage site, or choose to receive a rebate for the amount of Shoppers Advantage Cash in their account at the end of the year. Shoppers Advantage Cash cannot be redeemed on purchases of Bose products and purchases in the independent vendors areas of the Shoppers Advantage website (a current example is the Art For Less area).

All transactions made at the Shoppers Advantage site will generate 3.5% Shoppers Advantage Cash back, except purchases of Bose products and purchases in the independent vendors areas of the Shoppers Advantage website (a current example is the Art For Less area). You may use as much of your Shoppers Advantage Cash as you choose in the Factory Outlet Store, and you can earn Shoppers Advantage Cash on qualified Factory Outlet Store purchases.

If you cancel or return an order, the amount of Shoppers Advantage Cash earned on that purchase will be removed from your Shoppers Advantage Cash account.

Shoppers Advantage members, their spouses and dependent children residing at the same address, are eligible to receive Shoppers Advantage Cash awards.

Members can review their Shoppers Advantage Cash balance and recent transactions in the "Cash and Coupons" area.

Redemption: Redeeming your Shoppers Advantage Cash is easy. When purchasing items in Shoppers Advantage, simply indicate the amount of Shoppers Advantage Cash from your account that should be applied to the sale, as you checkout your purchases from the Shopping Cart. The amount will be applied to the purchase price of the item(s), and your credit card will only be charged the balance after discount, if any. Shoppers Advantage Cash cannot be redeemed on purchases of Bose products and purchases in the independent vendors areas of the Shoppers Advantage website (a current example is the Art For Less area).

Refunds: Active members who have paid their annual renewal fee may request a refund check for the balance of Shoppers Advantage Cash located in "Cash and Coupons" as of November 30th of that year. Requests should be emailed to Shoppers Advantage, and must be received between October 15th and November 30th of the eligible year. This offer applies only to active accounts at the time of the refund; cancellation of your Shoppers Advantage membership also terminates Shoppers Advantage Cash award benefits.
